Fred was admitted to the Ghana Bar in October 1998 and joined the firm the same month and year. Fred has over twenty (20) years post qualification experience and specializes in Corporate, Property and Commercial Law, Criminal and Civil Litigation, Investment, Drafting and Conveyancing.

Edward Baldwin Dankwa was called to the bar in October, 2014, and graduated as the best student in the Law of Taxation and Insurance Law. He joined the firm upon graduating from the law school .He has advised several of our clients on corporate ,investment ,commercial law, project financing, joint venture and provides legal opinion to Clients on these areas.
He has worked primarily on cross border investment and has extensive experience in corporate and commercial practice such as project financing, tax, capital market, mergers and acquisition, private equity and banking .He is presently the Supervising Associate of the Firm.
Johnson Normesinu was called to the bar in October, 2014 and has been with the firm since. Johnson has built expertise in litigation in various sectors including energy, corporate commercial, and property and debt recovery. Johnson is a key member of the firm’s litigation team and has been involved in several landmark cases. He has also litigated in all the various levels of the court system in Ghana.
Prior to his call, he was a member of the University of Ghana and Ghana School of Law moot teams and participated in the International Criminal Network Moot competition held in the Hague in 2012 and the Re Akoto Moot competition of 2014.
Vida was called to the bar in 2014. She has since her call worked with the firm and has acted for clients in several sectors of the economy including investment, corporate, commercial, banking and finance, regulatory compliance ,debt restructuring. Lorraine was called to the bar in 2013 and was awarded the best student in Legal Accounting. Her experience includes providing advise on various aspects of the law from regulatory compliance, conducting specific and general due diligence, perfection of legal interest in property.
Kojo is an Associate in the firm and has represented many Clients.He is adept at managing priorities in demanding and fast-paced environments and displays dedication and determination in all endeavours with diligent attention to detail. He was called to the bar in October 2015 and has experience in corporate and commercial law, debt recovery and courtroom litigation.
Sesi is an Associate in the firm and has acted for local and international Clients in all sectors. Practice area includes labour, corporate and commercial, insurance member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and was called to the bar in September 2016. He is resourceful with the ability to assess all issues to adequately protect client’s interests while adhering to rigid deadlines. He has experience in courtroom litigation having conducted cases in all levels of the court system.
Samir is an Assistant Associate who joined the firm recently in 2018. He is has good communication skills and is able to research quickly and effectively in the preparation of legal strategies. Samir was called to the bar in October 2018.
