Samuel Codjoe is the Managing Partner of the firm and leads the firm’s team of lawyers. In addition to his

and Corporate Practice. He has over 30 years of varied legal experience and is recognised as one of the
foremost litigators in Ghana. Samuel Michaeland Codjoe has been with the firm since 1994 and has been
involved in land mark trail cases. He is recognized and consulted internationally and is trusted by
clientele for his focused, hands-on approach and brilliant business acumen.
