Miranda was called to the bar in 1997 and has over nineteen (19) years of post-qualification experience.
Miranda has significant experience as General Counsel and Company Secretary for several multinational
companies advising on all compliance and regulatory issues. Miranda is presently in charge of our
Company Secretarial subsidiary (LT Nominees) serving the needs of several of our clients.
