Called to the bar in 1984, Larry is founding Partner of Law Trust Company and a Notary Public with extensive experience in Corporate and Commercial practice, advising major international and local banks and companies. He has specific employment experience in the petroleum, energy and real estate sectors. His ambit over the years have covered, tax, trusts and pensions, financial services advisory work associated in particular with Public Finance, Trade Finance, Infrastructure Finance and other types of project finance work in Ghana, Nigeria and the La Cote D’Ivoire. He has been the Chairman of State Insurance Company Ghana Limited (SIC) Insurance Company, the largest Insurance Company in Ghana, was a Director of the Volta River Authority, Non-Performing Assets Recovery Trust (NPART), a member of the Council of Law Reporting and also serves on boards of various private companies.
