and business contracts and other varied Agreements. He joined the firm in 1995 and was instrumental in
the acquisition of a Best Western status by the Elmina Beach Resort at Cape Coast by providing expert
legal opinion to our Client.
He has varied drafting experience of commercial and business contracts and other Agreements including
a loan Agreement involving a major Bank in Ghana and a reputable hotel running into millions of Dollars.
