Bernet

Bernet was called to the Bar in 2020. He advises and represents local and multinational clients in
resolving complex disputes in areas including telecommunication, taxation, natural resources,
investment, banking, corporate governance, and general company secretarial for a host of local
and multinational clients.
He has considerable skill in corporate governance and practice, compliance, and corporate
advisory on the laws relating to Employment and Immigration. He works with substantial
diligence, great attention to detail, and an absolute passion for excellence.
Bernet is also a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants,
Ghana.
